E. O. WILLIAMS-DAWODU, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): By Motion on Notice filed February 2d 2022 brought pursuant to Order 6 rules 2 and 11 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2021 and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Court, the Applicant seeks in the main the following orders:
1.
