ABIMBOLA OSARUGUE OBASEKI-ADEJUMO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on the 7th day of May, 2012 by Oluyemi J. in Suit No: LD/703/2011. The suit was commenced by the 1st 18th Respondents who instituted this suit vide a Writ of Summons dated 8th April, 2011 against the Appellant and the 19th Respondent. The 1st - 18th Respondents also filed an Application dated 8th April, 2011 for the appointment of Interim Administrators as contained at pages 103 - 117 of the Records of Appeal to which The Appellant (1st Defendant) filed a Counter-Affidavit and also Preliminary Objection contained at pages 233 - 262 of the Records of Appeal against the jurisdiction of the lower Court to entertain the suit. The lower Court in its Ruling at pages 368 - 382 of the Records of Appeal granted the application for the appointment of Interim Administrators.
