JUDGMENT
These consolidated cases were transferred for hearing and determination before this court from the Ga Native Court "B" where the actions commenced. One of the parties, Awumee Gbedemah, who joined as a co-defendant in the second suit before the Native Court, has been struck out, because there has been no appearance by him before this court and there is nothing on record showing the interest he claimed in the subject-matter; and also because he is believed to have since died and there has been no substitution. The plaintiff claiming to be the present owner of a certain tract of land in the Asylum area, north-west of the Mental Hospital, Accra, discovered some preparatory building operations of two different sites or plots within the area which he claimed. Those responsible for dealing with the land as aforesaid turned out to be the defendants K. A. C. Ashong and E. D. Baker Blagogee respectively.
