ADZIRA GANA MSHELIA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a motion on notice dated and filed on 14/5/2010, brought pursuant to section 242 of the 1999 Constitution; Section 14(1) and 24(4) of the Court of Appeal Act, Cap C36, LFN 2004; Order 7 Rule 2, 4 and 10 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2007 and under the inherent jurisdiction of the court, the applicant sought for the following prayers: -
