J U D G M E N T
1st Plaintiff, it seems to me, was an accomplished paratrooper and ranger of the Ghana Armed Forces. 2nd Plaintiff was his wife. On 20th November 2012, the 2nd Plaintiff went to 37 Military Hospital and 1st Defendant as a responsible husband drove in his Mercedes Benz saloon car CR 2339 D to the hospital to pick her home. After the pick up and the two were in the car coming home while 1st Plaintiff was behind the steering wheel driving, an accident occurred through no fault of theirs. They just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. At or close to Bruce Tito Avenue, Cantonments, Accra, 1st Defendant’s Nissan Pick Up vehicle No. GW 9219 Z from a minor road, which was at the material time being driven by 2nd Defendant, without warning, was driven violently into the car Plaintiffs were driving in on the main road.
