JIMI OLUKAYODE BADA, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment):This appeal emanated from the Judgment of the High Court of Justice, Effurun Judicial Division of Delta State of Nigeria in Suit No. EHC/104/99 JOHN ARIEMUGHARE V. COMPAGNE GENERALE DE GEOPHYSIQUE NIGERIA LIMITED delivered on 1st day of August 2007 wherein Judgment was given in favour of the Respondent and against the Appellant.
