Directing the Chief Registrar of High Court of Lagos State to transmit Certified True Copy of the ruling delivered by the High Court of Lagos State (No.11) presided over by the Justice L. G.
Marsh in suit No. M/14/2/2001 of 25/4/2001within such time as this Honourable Court may direct. Of interlocutory injunction restraining the High Court of Lagos State presided over by Hon. Justice L.G.A. Marsh from proceeding with the hearing of the contempt proceedings against the 2nd and 3rd appellants/applicants and or from further entertaining any further ex parte applications pending hearingand determination of the substantive appeal lodged this Honourable Court.
