DANLAMI ZAMA SENCHI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered by his Lordship, Honourable Justice S.E. Aladetoyinbo on 19/03/2019 in suit No. FCT/AC/CV/1774/2018 wherein the trial Court granted reliefs 1-3 in favour of the 1st-13th Respondents/Applicants and thereafter awarded the sum N10,000,000 of as general damages to the 2nd-6th Applicants for breach of their fundamental Rights against the 1st and 2nd sets of Respondents jointly and severally.

The 1st-13th Respondents/Applicants (hereinafter referred to as the 1st-13th Respondents) had at the lower Court filed an application for the enforcement of their fundamental Human Rights dated 10/05/2018 against the 1st and 2nd sets of Respondents jointly and severally.
