ABIMBOLA OSARUGUE OBASEKI-ADEJUMO, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of Honourable Justice J. E. OYEFESO (MRS.) of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on the 17th of December, 2012, wherein the Court entered judgment in favour of the Respondent as per its Amended Originating Summons in terms of monetary claim, foreclosure of the Appellants pledged property, order for sale of the pledged property, order for vacant possession and an order of perpetual injunction restraining the Appellant and its privies from dealing with the Respondent's power to sell the pledged property of the Appellant sequel to a bank guarantee between the Appellant and the Respondent. It is against this judgment that the Appellant's appeal lies before this Court.
