STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Coram: A.S. Umar, J (as he then was) delivered on the 21st day of June, 2018. By that judgment the appellant T.A. Dairo was convicted of the offences in counts 2, 3, 6, 7 and 10 of the charge and sentenced to a term of five (5) years imprisonment without an option of a fine in counts 2, 3, 6, and 7 while in Count 10 he was sentenced to a term of one-year imprisonment without any option of a fine. The sentences to run concurrently. The appellant being dissatisfied with the judgment of the trial court filed a notice of appeal on the 31st of August, 2018. There is an amended notice of appeal filed on the 18th day of March, 2019.
