SAMUEL ADEMOLA BOLA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This is an appeal against the judgment of the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Katsina State, which was delivered on 8th September, 2023. In the said decision the Tribunal found in favour of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, set aside the return of the Appellant as the winner of the election held on the 25th February, 2023 for Ingawa/Kankia/Kusada Federal Constituency and returned the 1st Respondent as member Ingawa/Kankia/Kusada Federal Constituency, Katsina State of the House of respresentative.
Displeased with the judgment, the Appellant herein filed a Notice of Appeal on 20th September 2023. The Record of Appeal was filed and transmitted to this court.
