JIMI OLUKAYODE BADA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the High Court of Justice, Federal Capital Territory Abuja in Motion No: M/11005/2012 FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA v. ESAI DANGABAR and 5 OTHERS delivered on the 3rd day of May 2012 upon an Ex-parte application to forfeit the assets of the Appellant to the Federal Government of Nigeria pending the hearing and determination of the Criminal Charges against the Appellant before the High Court of Justice, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
