RULING

On the 28th April, 2009 the plaintiff/respondent filed out Writ of Summons against the two defendants for the following reliefs:

a) A declaration that the termination of the employment of the plaintiff from defendant’s employment is unfair.

b) An order for the defendants to re-employ the plaintiff either in the work for which the plaintiff was employed before plaintiff’s employment was terminated or in the alternative;

i. An order for the defendants to re-employ the plaintiff in other reasonable suitable work on the same terms and conditions enjoyed by plaintiff prior to termination of his employment, or in the alternative.

ii. An order for defendants to pay the plaintiff compensation for unfairly terminating plaintiff’s employment.

c) Cost.
