CONSENT JUDGMENT

WHEREAS:

1. The High Court, Accra on 19th August, 2009 granted Letters of Administration in respect of the Estate of Col. Emmanuel Kwesi Osei Owusu, late of Accra who died intestate on 22nd July, 2006 to:

i. Esther Osei Owusu

ii. Daniel Osei Owusu

iii. Kingsley Osei Owusu

2. The administrators were unable to agree on the distribution of the estate.

3. This present action was instituted by Daniel Osei Owusu and Kingsley Osei Owusu as Plaintiff’s against Esther Osei Owusu as Defendant for the reliefs set out below:The Plaintiff’s Claim is for:

a. An Order for the Estate to be distributed in accordance with Law.

b. An Order that the Defendant pay economic rent for her occupation of House No. B200, 1ST Street, New Achimota, Accra from August 2009 to the date of distribution of the Estate.

c. An Order of Perpetual Injunction to restrain the Defendant, her agents, assigns from developing and or constructing a building on the grounds of House No. B200, 1ST Street, New Achimota, Accra.
