JUDGMENT
BEMPONG (MRS.), J.
The Petitioner herein filed a petition praying the Court for the dissolution of the marriage between the parties by this court thus;
(a) That the marriage between the parties contracted on 8th July 2007 be dissolved and any such orders as the court may deem fit.
(b) That petitioner be given custody of the child of the marriage Vigileo Magnus George.
(c) That the respondent be ordered to get permanent accommodation in Accra for the issue of the marriage.
(d) That the respondent be ordered to pay the child’s school fees, medical bills and a monthly maintenance of GHC 500.
(e) That the respondent be ordered to pay the petitioner a lump sum of GHC 30,000.00
(f) That the marriage contracted between the respondent and Mercy Aba Acquah contracted on 19th APRIL 2014 at Martyrs of Uganda Church Mamprobi with registration number and marriage certificate number 1030 and AMA 3320/2012 be declared null and void.
(g) Any other order(s) that the court may deem fit.
