KUDIRAT MOTONMORI OLATOKUNBO KEKERE-EKUN, JSC (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal sitting in Yola delivered on 10th September 2015, setting aside the ruling of the Governorship Election Tribunal in the consolidated application in petition No. EPT/GMB/GOV/2/2015 delivered on 3rd August 2015 and remitting the case to the Tribunal for expeditious hearing and determination of the petition on its merits.
