DANLAMI ZAMA SENCHI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Ruling): This Motion on Notice was filed on 7th November, 2022 pursuant to Order 6 Rule (1), Order 7 Rules (4) and (8) of the Court of Appeal Rules 2021 and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Honourable Court seeking for the following reliefs:-

(1) An Order of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Applicant to amend its notice of appeal to reflect the new grounds of Appeal highlighted in Exhibit UF02 attached to the affidavit in support of this motion.

(2) An Order of this Honourable Court deeming the already filed and served amended Notice of Appeal as properly filed and served.

(3) And for such further order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.

The grounds upon which this application is brought are that:-

(A) On 18th December, 2014, the Applicant promptly filed its notice of appeal in this matter.
