J U D G M E N T 

Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim and Reliefs sought 

The plaintiff and the 1st defendant are sisters and the 2nd defendant is the daughter of  the 1st defendant and a niece of the plaintiff. By an amended writ of summons issued  on 3rd June 2015, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: 

i. An order directed at the defendants and their privies and assigns to vacate  the said property numbered 4, 25th Street and situate at South Odorkor in  the Greater Accra Region in the Republic of Ghana. 

ii. Perpetual injunction against all defendants as well as their assigns and  privies from dealing/occupying/interfering with the said property No. 4, 25th Street and situate at South Odorkor, Accra. 

iii. Cost. 

iv. Any other order(s) as the court may deem fit.
