JUDGMENT

INTRODUCTION
[1] The main issue in this appeal is whether the trial court judge exercised her discretion correctly when she granted an interlocutory injunction against the Defendants/Appellants (hereinafter called the Appellants) on 2nd June 2025.
[2] The ruling is found on page 108 of the Record of Appeal (ROA). The court concluded the ruling that, the Appellants, their agents, assigns, privies and so on, are restrained from interfering with the land in dispute. The Court added, that the Plaintiff/Respondent (hereinafter called the Respondent) should construct only a fence wall around the property in dispute on condition that she provides security for costs of GHS150,000 to the Appellants.
[3] The Appellants, being dissatisfied with the decision of the trial court dated 2nd June 2025, have brought this appeal against the decision.
