JUDGMENT

AMOAH (MRS.) J.

The Plaintiff Diana Rita Quarshie, has sued the Defendants herein for the following reliefs among others:

i. An order that the Defendants refund the entire One Thousand Pounds Sterling (£1,000.00) that the Plaintiff paid to the Defendants

ii. An order that the Defendants pay the Plaintiff One Thousand, Two Hundred and Thirty Pounds Sterling (£1,230.00) being the cost of flight to return to Ghana to pursue the return of her indenture that has been unlawfully retained by the 1st Defendant.

iii. An order that the 1st Defendant reimburses her Eighty Two Pounds Sterling and Seventy Three Pence (82.73 pence) per day lost wages as she has had to leave her job without pay to seek the return of her indentures.

iv. Interest on the sums claimed in i, ii, iii until date of final payment at the commercial bank rate.

v. General damages for breach of contract.
