JUDGMENT
A look at Suit No. FAL/636/2013 depicts the plaintiffs in the said suit are claiming the following reliefs against the defendants.
i. A declaration of title to the one plot of land on which a house is built situate at Madina and covering an area of 0.141 acre bounded on the East by a road and measuring on that side 65.5 feet bounded on the East by 1st defendant father’s property and measuring on that side 64.5 more or less bounded on the North by property of La Stool measuring on that side 93.4 feet more or less bounded on the South by property of La stool and measuring 95.6.
ii. A declaration that the transfer of the document of title from the name of the 1st plaintiff into the name of the 2nd defendant and subsequently onto the names of the 1st defendant is fraudulent and void abinitio and of no legal effect.
iii. A declaration that the purported sale of the plot with the houses thereon to the 3rd defendant is null and void of no legal effect.
