JOHN I. OKORO, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGMENT): The Applicant herein, pursuant to his application dated and filed on 31st August, 2010 is praying for the following reliefs:-
"(i) An order granting the Appellant/Applicant leave to raise and argue fresh issues of law on appeal as contained in the Proposed Additional Grounds of Appeal attached herewith and marked Exhibit AK3.
(ii) An order granting the Appellant/Applicant leave to amend the Notice of Appeal dated 17th of May, 2010 in the manner contained in the Proposed Amended Notice of Appeal attached herewith and marked Exhibit AK4.
(iii) An order granting the Appellant/Applicant leave to amend the Appellant's Brief dated 23rd of August, 2010 in the manner contained in the Proposed Amended Appellant's Brief attached herewith and marked Exhibit AK6.
