1. By the endorsement on his amended writ of summons, the plaintiff seeks the following reliefs;

i. General and special damages against the defendants as a result of the negligent driving of vehicles No. GH 8821 G and No. GR 5320 B by the 2nd defendant and police constable Bismark Addae respectively on or about 13 day of April 2000 resulting in the collision between the two vehicles and damages to vehicle No. GR 5320 B, the property of the plaintiff.

ii. An order of the court that the defendants pay to the plaintiff the market value at the time of judgment of the plaintiff's Toyota Tercel vehicle No. GR 5320 B which was damaged beyond economic repair as a result of the negligence of police constable Bismark Addae of Ghana Police Service, Keta and the 2nd Defendant.
