ONYEKACHI A. OTISI, J.C.A (Delivering the Leading Judgment): Upon service of Notice of Appeal in Appeal No CA/C/189/2012 filed on 24/4/2012 by the Appellant/Respondent, in respect of Suit No. HEK/MISC.88/2012: Mobil producing Nigeria Unlimited v. Mr. Oweifa Dokubo and ors., the Respondents/Applicants filed this motion on notice on 12/9/2012, seeking the following orders:
