CONSENT JUDGEMENT
The parties and their respective lawyers in the case have amicably settled the matter. They have duly signed the terms of settlement prepared by them. The terms of settlement was filed on 26th July, 2016 and the respective counsel for the parties have prayed the court to enter the terms of settlement as a consent judgement.
Let the terms of settlement filed on 26th July, 2016 by the parties be entered and same is hereby entered as consent judgement. The suit is struck out as settled per the terms of settlement filed on 26th July, 2016 and same is adopted by the court as its consent judgement.
