The reliefs the Plaintiff seeks against the Defendant are: 

(a) A declaration that the decision of the Defendant dated 30th December,  2010 prompted by Home foods processing and Cannery Limited and vary adverse to the Plaintiff is unfair, unreasonable, arbitrary, capricious and  ill-motivated and some is null and void. 

(b) A consequential order setting aside the Defendant’s decision dated 30th December, 2010. 

(c) Punitive damages on the sum of US$5,000,000.00 or its cedi equivalent  for inducing the Plaintiff to resign the employment of the Defendant  and/or constructive dismissal. 

(d) Any other relief(s) the justice of this case demands. 

(e) Cost including lawyers professional fees. 

The Defendant counterclaimed for: 

(a) Recovery of the sum of GH¢285,131.40 due and owed to the Defendant  by the Plaintiff. 

(b) Interest on the sum of GH¢285,131.40 from March, 2011 to date of final  payment. 

(c) Cost.
