JUDGMENT
On 21st June 2024, the Plaintiffs herein (Dr. & Mrs. Niiterson-Ryson) approached the civil altar of this Court seeking certain reliefs against the Defendant (Raymond Atsu). For the avoidance of doubt, the said reliefs are quoted verbatim hereunder as follows:
"(a) An order for injunction restraining the defendant either by himself, his agents, servants, assigns or anyway how so ever from doing anything on the Plaintiff's land being ALL that piece or parcel of land situate or lying at GOMOA FETTEH KAKRABA in the Gomoa East District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana the boundaries whereof commencing from pillar marked SGC/A195/08/1 to SGC/C453/19/1 for a distance of 18630.63 feet on a bearing of 232 02’ 37” which bearing together with all further bearings hereinafter mentioned is referred to the Meridian 1 West longitude from survey Pillar SGC/C453/19/1 to SGC/C453/19/2 on bearing of 263 46’ 05” at a distance of 220.53’ feet thence from SGC/C453/19/2to SGC/C453/19/3 …
