JOHN INYANG OKORO, JSC (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division delivered on the 21st day of May, 2013 which affirmed the decision of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division delivered on 14th January, 2011 wherein it was held that the Appellant herein (who was the Applicant at the trial court did not make out a case for the reliefs he sought, thereby dismissing the Application.
