J U D G M E N T 

Plaintiff’s Claim 

The plaintiff describes himself as an estate developer and the managing director of  Volta Ghana Investment Company Limited. By a Writ of Summons issued on 26th May 2017, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: 

i. Declaration of title to all that piece of land lying and being situate at  Baatsona, Accra and is comprised of an approximate area of 0.196 acres  and is within the plaintiff’s larger parcel of land and is bounded on all sides  by the plaintiff’s land. 

ii. Recovery of possession. 

iii. An order to demolish any structure that the defendant has on the plaintiff’s  land.

iv. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendant, his agents, privies  and assigns from entering onto or in any way disturbing the plaintiff’s  possession of the land. 

v. Damages for trespass. 

vi. Costs including legal fees.
