JUDGMENT:
Per their amended writ of summons and statement of claim dated the 22nd day of June 2015, the Plaintiffs claim the following reliefs against the Defendants:
(a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land lying situate at Darkuman, Accra described as follows:
All that piece of land situate lying and being at Darkuman, Accra containing an approximate area of nought decimal dot fifty eight (0.58) acre more or less and bounded on the North-East by proposed road measuring one hundred and fifteen (115) feet more or less, on the South-West by proposed road measuring one hundred and fifteen (115) feet more or less, on the South-East by Donor’s land measuring two hundred and twenty (220) feet more or less, on the North-West by Donor’s land measuring two hundred and twenty (220) feet more or less which piece of land is more particularly delineated on the plan attached hereto and thereon shewn edged pink which shows the relevant measurements.
