BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Judgment of the High Court of Lagos State, Coram: L. B. Lawal-Akapo J., in Suit No. M/859/2012: Bukas Kasmal International Limited v. Eco Bank Nigeria Ltd., delivered on 27/1/2014, in which some of the claims of the 1st Respondent as Claimant against the Appellant and the 2nd-4th Respondents as Defendants were granted.
The Appellant, who was the 1st Defendant before the Court below was thoroughly dissatisfied with the said judgment and had promptly appealed to this Court vide an original Notice of Appeal on eleven grounds of appeal filed on 21/2/2014 at pages 213-220 of the Record of Appeal. The Record of Appeal was deemed transmitted to this Court on 25/5/2015. The additional Record of Appeal was transmitted to this Court on 11/6/2015.
