1^st Plaintiffs claim against the Defendants in an amended writ of summons the following reliefs:

A declaration that 1^st Plaintiff is a shareholders of 2^nd Defendant company

A declaration that 1^st Plaintiff holds 43% shares in 2^nd Defendant company

A declaration that any purported change in the shareholding structure of 2^nd Defendant company is void and of no legal effect

A declaration that 1^st Defendant’s action of altering the shareholding structure of 2^nd Defendant company without following due process was fraudulent.

A further declaration that the transfer of the shares and assets of 2^nd Defendant company to Oak House Group Ltd, the 3^rd Defendant company, by 1^st Defendant is void and of no effect

An order of accounts into the books and finances of 2^nd Defendant company from incorporation until date of judgment.

An order directed at 1^st Defendant to render accounts for the said lands acquired for their common use.

Cost including solicitors fees

Any other reliefs that the court may deem fit.
