OLUDOTUN ADEBOLA ADEFOPE-OKOJIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The Appellant, Lance Corporal Monday Edet, filed a Motion on 14/6/16, dated 10/6/16, seeking the following reliefs:
