The Claim of the Appellant as Plaintiff in his Further, Further Amended statement of claim reads as follows at page 130 of the Record

"Whereof the Plaintiff claims as follows:

(a) (i) Total amount at the plaintiff's

(ii) 7% interest per month on the Proposed failed

loan to Prince Peter Osagie for 36 months i.e.
