RULING

By a writ of summons issued on 23 February 2023, the plaintiff claimed the reliefs of declaration of title, recovery of possession, damages for trespass, injunction, cancellation of defendant’s land certificate and costs among others. The plaintiff instituted the action through his attorney, one John Kojo Wilson. The plaintiff described himself in the statement of claim as currently resident in the United States of America.
