JEGA, JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): Pursuant to a motion on notice filed on 13th December, 2003 brought pursuant to section 16 of the Court of Appeal Act, Order 1, rule 20(4) of the Court of Appeal Rules
(1981) as amended, section 36(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 and the inherent jurisdiction of this court, the applicant prays this honourable court for such consequential orders giving effect to the judgment delivered on the 2nd of December, 2002. In support of the motion on notice the applicant filed a 12 paragraph affidavit and attached the judgment of this court as “exhibit A1”.
