(Delivering the Leading Judgment): Endorsed on the writ of summons issued at the Registry of the High Court of Justice Cross River State, Calabar Judicial Division dated 3/4/08 is the Plaintiffs' (now Appellants) claims against the Respondent (then defendant) as follows:
