JUDGMENT
In the instant action, the Plaintiffs commenced the action by a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendant on 3rd April 2024.
The 1st Plaintiff is suing as the head and lawful representative of Mantse Ankrah Family of Accra and the 2nd Plaintiff is a principal member of the said family.
The Plaintiffs aver that the Defendant is a trespasser on the said land and property numbered 914/10 Palace Street, Kaneshie, North Awudome, Accra.
By the instant action, the Plaintiffs are seeking the following reliefs against the Defendant:
a. Declaration of title to H/No. 914 Palace Street, Kaneshie Extension, North Awudome plus land all that piece of land situate at Kaneshie, North Awudome, Accra and bounded on the North by property of Ankrah family measuring 70 feet more or less, on the south by proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less on the East by property of the Ankrah family measuring 100 feet or less and on the West by property of Ankrah family measuring 100 feet …
