J U D G ME N T  

Plaintiff issued a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the  Defendants on 17th November 2014 for the following reliefs: 

1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate and lying  and being at Teshie, Accra and containing an approximate area of 1.841  acres more or less bounded on the North-East by a proposed road  measuring 189.9 feet more or less on the North-West by a proposed  road measuring 343.0 feet more or less on the South-East by a proposed  road measuring 342.89 feet more or less on the South-West by Stool  land measuring 186.9 feet more or less. 

2. Recovery of possession. 

3. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, agents, servants,  workmen etc. from interfering with his peaceful enjoyment of his  property. 

4. Any other relief as the court may deem fit. 

Defendants entered Appearance on the 24th November 2014 through  Emmanuel Baffour-Yeboah, but failed to file a Statement of Defence
