Being the owner and driver of an Audi saloon vehicle with registration number GR 6790 C, on the 03/04/2014 whiles on the Kanda Highway towards Kaokudi, Plaintiff claim that the Defendant on that day whiles in charge of Toyota Carina with registration No GR 5044 W ran into the rear portion of a Toyota saloon vehicle whose impact made that Toyota vehicle hit his Audi vehicle. Asseverating to have incurred cost of repairs of the vehicle and treatment for injuries sustained Plaintiff claim the following reliefs endorsed on its amended writ issued against the defendant:

a. A declaration that the accident on 3rd April, 2014 was caused by the negligence of the Defendant

b. An order for the Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff an amount of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh¢5,000.00) being the cost of replacing his three natural teeth with artificial ones
