This is an appeal against the judgment of a High Court in Accra dated 17th day of July, 2001.
In that case, the Plaintiff/Respondent, hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff issued the writ of summons herein against the Defendant/Appellant, hereinafter referred to as the Defendant on 1st April 1999 in which the following relief's[sic] were claimed by the plaintiff.
"The Plaintiff's claim against the Defendant is for .............
(a) Declaration that ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND with the hereditaments therein described in the schedule in the statement is the bona fide property of the plantiff
(b) Recovery of U$2,000 given by the plaintiff to the Defendant as financial assistance in Defendant’s trading.
(c) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, her servants, agents and assigns from dealing with the subject matter as the defendant’s property.
