RIDWAN MAIWADA ABDULLAHI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of Hon. Justice P. O. Ikujuni of Ondo State High Court, Ifon Judicial Division, delivered on 31/07/2013 dismissing the petitioner's claim in its entirety but granted the cross-petitioner's claim in part. The Appellant was the Petitioner and Cross-Respondent and the Respondent was the Respondent and Cross Petitioner at the trial Court. The Petitioner brought the petition that culminated in this appeal vide a Petition for Decree of Dissolution of Marriage dated 20/02/2012. It suffices to say that the processes upon which this matter was ventilated at the trial Court are as follows: Petitioner's Petition dated 20/2/2012, the Respondent's Answer and Cross petition dated 8/3/2012, the Petitioners Reply to Respondent's answer and Answer to Cross Petition dated 23/03/2012 and Rejoinder to Petitioner's/Cross-Respondent's Reply and Answer to Cross-petition dated 26/06/2012.
