JUDGMENT 

There are three rival claims to the subject matter of this dispute. The  plaintiff first instituted this action against the 1st defendant and the 2nd defendant also joined claiming ownership of the same property. The  plaintiff’s claims against the two defendants are therefore as follows; 

a. An order declaring plaintiff as the lawful owner of all that piece of  land lying and situate at Mamprobi-Camara, Accra covering an  approximate area of 0.28 Acre (0.012 Hectare) and bounded on  the North by Stool land measuring on that side a distance of  113.8 feet more or less on the East by a Road measuring on that  side a distance of 64.6 feet more or less on the South by the Stool  land measuring on that side a distance of 124.8 feet more or less  and on the West by Stool land measuring on that side a distance  of 71.7 feet more or less which parcel or piece of land is particularly delineated on the site plan therein attached to the  deed of conveyance
