JUDGMENT 

On 11th September 2014 the Plaintiff issued out this writ of summons against the  defendant herein and claimed the following reliefs. 

a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule  below 

b) Damages for trespass 

c) Recovery of possession of any portion of Plaintiff’s land trespass unto by  defendant and further order to remove any offending structure at cost to  defendant.

d) Perpetual Injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns and  workmen from further development of land in dispute. 

The Plaintiff pleaded in her statement of claim that she acquired the land as described in  the schedule from the Mantse Ankrah family which family acted per Solomon Otoo  Ankrah and was issued with a deed of lease dated 24th February 1987 for 99 years. She  then built a house on part of the land and rented same to tenants. The defendant has  however deposited sand and stones on part of the land, and started developing it.
