LATEEF ADEBAYO GANIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal emanated from the judgment of Edo State High Court of Justice, sitting at Uromi delivered on 14th day of April, 2022 Coram: Ohimai Ovbiagele J. (hereinafter referred to as the “trial Court”) wherein the trial Court granted the application for summary judgment filed by the Respondent.
Miffed by the said decision, the Appellant lodged an appeal against the said decision vide her Notice of Appeal filed on 28/6/2022, setting out four grounds of appeal.
