BALKISU BELLO ALIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court, sitting at Uyo, Akwa Ibom State (trial Court), delivered by Hon. Justice J. E. INYANG on the 5th December, 2022 in respect of Suit NO: FHC/UY/CS/164/2022. The suit was commenced by the Appellant as the Plaintiff against the Respondents being the Defendants vide an originating summons in which he sought for the determination of a sole question thus:
