BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling of the Federal High Court of Lagos State, Lagos Judicial Division, Coram: T. G. Ringim J, in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/558/2015: Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria V. Estate Projects Limited delivered on 14/9/2021, in which the prayer of the Appellant to set aside the alleged sale of the property, the subject matter of the dispute, by the Respondent was refused and dismissed, while the prayer of the Appellant for an order of injunction restraining the Respondent from selling the said property was granted.
The Appellant was peeved with the said ruling and had appealed against it vide his Notice of Appeal filed on 28/9/2021 on three Grounds of Appeal. See pp. 538 - 543 of the Record of Appeal.
