BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an Application filed by way of a Motion on Notice on 26/5/2015 by the Appellant/Applicant and brought pursuant to Section 393(4) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act CAP C20 Laws of Federation of Nigeria 2004, Order 7 Rule 1, Order 2 Rule 5 and Order 6 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2011 and Rule 29(2) and 56 of the Rules of the Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners, 2007 and praying this Court for an order granting leave to the Appellant to change its counsel on record to Mr. Oluwakemi Balogun, SAN of Oluwakemi Balogun and Co. who is duly appointed Receiver/Manager over the Appellant.
