JUDGMENT

MILLS-TETTEH (MRS), J.

This is the case of a rival claim to a parcel of land with same grantors.  The plaintiff who exhibited membership card of the Abola Piam family,  her grantors, instituted this action on the 21/03/11, with the  following reliefs: 

a. Declaration of title to a parcel of land with registration number  GA 22663  

b. An order of the honourable court to demolish the structure  constructed by the defendant on the land.

c. General damages for trespassing and demolishing of structure by  the defendant. 

d. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, privies, assigns  servants and workmen from entering the said land.

It is the case of the plaintiff that she acquired a parcel of land situate  and lying at Sowutuom in the Ga Municipal Assembly in the Greater  Accra Region which she registered in accordance with existing laws  governing land registration in Ghana.
