J U D G M E N T 

The parties were married under the marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Apostolic Church, Laterbiokorshie, Accra on the 1st day of September 2007. They cohabited at Mallam and the Spintex Road. There are two issues of  the marriage. Delali Aku Dogbe and Eyram Kofi Dogbe who are 8 and 6 years old respectively. The Petitioner is a staff of Vodafone Ghana and the Respondent is a hairdresser. On the grounds of irreconcilable differences, the Petitioner filed a petition on the 1st day of February 2014 praying the Court for the dissolution of  the marriage. 

The Respondent filed an Answer on the 3rd of March 2014. In which she denied the material particulars. She averred that the Petitioner was involved in an affair with a woman called Bernice and that even though the parties were not  on talking terms, the marriage had not broken down beyond reconciliation.
